My grandfather owns and operates a real estate brokerage and investment company on Long Island. Different market, same principle: relationships over volume, judgment over hustle, the long view over the next quarter.
Years on residential construction sites, managing renovations, additions, and full remodels for Front Range homeowners. Roof, envelope, mechanical, foundation, finishes. The training that now shapes how I read every house in a transaction.
Colorado real-estate license issued March 7, 2025. I join Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado as a Forever Agent based in Erie, the third generation in the family to take the practice on, with the same principles, my own market, and my own methods.
